When I click “save to portable desktop”, I get no options. The file is immediately saved.
If I clicked “save to”, then “save to c:\office\Portable”, then “open with”, it opens the txt file, just as if I had used the keyboard shortcut (Win+M) to bring up the file, but in the directory pointed to by the “save to” option.
It’s obvious that when I click “save to”, and it opens the txt file, it is simply being saved to whatever directory I tell it to, but not moved into the directory I specified.
