cadmould 3d-f is a simulation software for designing plastic injection molding processes. it is very easy to use and provides a versatile simulation tool for automatic analysis of all process steps. the simulation process can be controlled by different parameters (e.g. material type, nozzle type, filling pressure, cooling chamber temperature, cooling time, etc.), and simulation results can be exported as a.csv file for further processing or import into other applications. the simulation results can be visualized in various ways (e. as contour plot, a video showing the process step by step, or as a scatter plot).

the cadmould simulation software provides a comprehensive set of solutions for filling, packing, cooling, shrinkage and warpage, fibre orientation, and strength simulation. it can simulate various materials and material combinations and also a broad range of part sizes. it also supports serial and parallel processing of multiple simulations.

cadmould, the simulation software for plastic injection molding, is based on the patented cadmould simulation software, developed by sanco in germany. the original cadmould software is used for simulation of filling and packing processes. it is a proven and trusted simulation tool for engineers and cad/cam designers. cadmould has been used by numerous companies to create injection molding solutions since 1995.

when you order a simulation, you will receive an email with a link to our online-simulation-portal. in this portal you can check your order-status and, if necessary, download a file with the results. we save your simulation file for you in the cloud, and send you an email on the results. you can use the results on your own, share the results with your customers, or use them for example as part of a performance report. you can use the simulation to diagnose your problem or to create an action plan to improve your process. the simulation is a complementary solution for your design process, that can be used independently from any software or equipment. in addition, it is a part of your process chain. you can use the simulation to check if youve covered all of your goals and to measure the impact of a change to your part.

in the first part of the bootcamp, you will learn how to use the software intuitively. you will learn the basics of the 3d-f v2.0 interface and will practice using the interface. you will be given the opportunity to try out the first simulation project. the participants will each be given a copy of the cadmould software and a project. the participants will be able to work on the project at any time during the bootcamp. a demonstration of the software will be presented in the first lecture.
