You can see what options are installed in the [Games] sub-menu of your Start menu. Then go back to the Game Explorer and see what files have been installed by the game itself.
That’s a pain, right? I really wanted to know who installed what without going to each game’s folder and searching.
But now, luckily, I found a way to “install game options” (not name of the option, but what they do) in a batch.

Open the game in the Game Explorer.
Open a file under Settings\DATA\MENU.
Find the option you want to change.
Edit the option value.
Save the changes.

The menu files are located at C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Metanet\GearsOfWar3\GameLauncher\CustomGears\[ENABLED FEATURE]\Settings\DATA\MENU
This can be run from a Command Prompt as Administrator (that’s a pain too).

The SetOptions.exe file could be any of these features listed under ‘GENERAL > Feature name’

    I never thought that I would be one of those people that would wait until the last day of the year to write a review. However, as 2013 draws to a close, the news began to surface regarding the amazing game, ‘Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain’, which had been released on October 1st. The rumours spread across the internet, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and a myriad of other social media websites on which rumors are created. This was truly exciting news, as most of the development staff had worked on ‘Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater’ back in 2004, which was a classic that many fans of ‘Metal Gear’ had waited over a decade to see and hear more details on. However, back then, rumors that were posted online stating that Kojima Productions was working on a third ‘Snake’ game were nothing more than a rumor.

    Fast forward to last year, as Konami produced the fantastic title, ‘Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance’. It was available on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii and PlayStation Vita, finally completing the introduction of Metal Gear to Sony’s second generation of consoles (which also featured the first of what would be a steady stream of 3DS games). This game was released on July 6th and would go on to sell nearly a million copies on PS3 and Vita in its first two days of release. Konami was truly confident about this title, which was surprising to many, as the game had not been in production since 2006. Things did not stop there though, as ‘Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance’ would also become the most requested title when it was sent for review this year, which is entirely expected in the highly demanded ‘Konami titles’ section on these review websites.
